Dearest Caden!!!

I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my testimony with Richard and Renanta. Thank you for your letter. I am so sorry I wasn't able to get it to you sooner. We were so busy with TREK. But our fireside went so well!!! Of course it did because the Lord was in charge. I will attach my talk for you. Dad did amazing!!! He played his harmonica and it touched so many people. They are all so excited for trek and the spirit was so strong. Troy and Alyssa came and sang his song that he wrote for trek and wow was that ever amazing. Wow, really , the spirit was just so strong. 

I'm just so grateful for the blessings we receive for serving and just for being obedient and living our lives the best we can. WE get so much back. it's amazing. 

So I had quite the crazy week with an emplyee that I had to fire. Oh boy. It all started with her just being way to pushy with patients and we got so many complaints. I felt bad for her though cuz her husband was leaving her too. The sad part was that I tried so hard to help her to understand what it was that she could work on and do better so that people liked her and didn't complain. but she was too stubborn and didn't listen. WE tried for a month and she finally went too far. So i had to call her and I was going to tell her that we had to put her on suspension and she had to get all her paperwork done. 

WEll, when I made that call, Linda and I were on the phone together and I started telling her about the last complaint and her husband was there packing to leave her and she just went crazy!!! She started yelling about never being good enough and she was tired of this ****. She then went really crazy and said she had a gun to her head and she could use it. AHHHH. HOLY Cow!!!

Linda kept talking to her to stop and put the gun down. I dialed 911. She wasn't listening. I told her I was calling 911 and not to do anything. We asked her to put the gun down. 911 put me on hold and then transfered me, I had to press 0 if it was an emergency and then I was put on hold again and the message said, please don't hang up we will be with you shortly...... Holy Cow, this was 911 and I was waiting for about 3 minutes. that was crazy on it's own. but finally they answered and I gave them all the information. 

Mean while this employee said she threw the gun and she was leaving her house. We told her to stay there but she was throwing out all those explicits and was so upset. She hung up on us and I kept giving 911 info. They said they were going to send officers.

tHe whole time I was calling 911 I didn't feel paniced though. I felt the comfort of the holy ghost. I felt like it would work out but was still scared. We didn't know if she really still had the gun and if she was in her car, would she come to our office and come shoot us or what she was going to do. Linda and I had Shauna come in and we told her what happened. She said she actually had a premonition about our employee having a gun. As we were talking I just asked them if they were ok if I said a prayer. I prayed that she would stay home and be safe and not do anything. that we would all be protected and all will work out. 

WE finally found out that the police came and her husband had to leave and she no longer had the gun. Oh my goodness and I am so grateful for that.

Thank you for being out there sharing this gospel with so many people. I am praying for Richard and Renanata. I am praying for you and Elder Flora as well. I wanted to send their letter in the mail but it would have taken too long. 

I love you so much Caden. You are so amazing and I am so grateful for you. Keep on Keeping on and know that the Lord is with you.
