WHAZZZZ UP?

It was sooooo great to get to talk to you last week!!!!! I can't
believe it's only been a week since we talked. It seems like forever
ago.

I thought I'd share a little of what we have been doing since Thursday.

1. Lexie riding Grandma's little scooter..... she road it around their
little trailer area. So funny. I have a video I will try and send as
well.

2. Lexie at the Yuma LUTES Cassino. She wasn't coming home with us.
3. Chili Peppers!
4.. FILES- Lexie literally cried when she saw the perfect files from
the melon plants as we drove past. Ha Ha. I laughed to see tears in
her eyes.
5. Us driving to San Diego from Yuma.
6. Lexie in the back seat driving to Yuma. Ya, she was hooked up by
Dad and the DI. We bought her a screen and a DVD. She also hooked up
the Game Cube, Zelda to it.
7+. Pacific Beach in San Diego. One of the pics Dad and Lexie were
eating "Cake by the Ocean".... Ha Ha. Apparently that is a song.

Just thought i'd share a little of what we have been doing. I hope the
pics open up. They were being weird. Maybe I'm sending too many.

Dad and Lexie are going scuba diving in the morning. I, of course, am
not foing and I am staying here at the hotel and will just kinda chill
on my own until they get back and then we will drive to Oceanside and
check into our condo that we will stay at for the rest of the time.
We've had quite a bit of moving around to make this vacation happen
but that's ok, it's still fun!

I am so grateful for the temple. I was able to see my temple friend
again on Thursday and she said again how much she has been blessed by
me and the example I have set of being so faithful by going to the
temple each week. We are going to go to the San Diego temple this
week. Unfortunately Lexie forgot her temple recommend so we can't do
it while she is here. We will be putting Lexie on a plane on Tuesday
night. Dad probably already told you all those plans.

I hope you have had an AMAZING week! We will drive home on Saturday
and Elaina is having a party at the park to say good-bye to her. Her
farewell is this coming Sunday. I can't believe she is already
leaving. I will miss her so much! She is like a daughter to me. I just
hope she knows how much I love her.

Well, I love ya buddy! I am so grateful for the gospel and the plan of
happiness. I love that we are here to have JOY in our lives. So
grateful that Heavenly Father allows us to have fun and we have been
blessed to do so much.

I am doing really well today! We just finished a game of volleyball!
Adrian (one of my most favorite investigators ever) is here playing
with us as well! It is awesome :)

Time Flys Fast!

June 25, 2017 Hey buddy!!! How are you? Hows the weather been? Still crazy rainy? It's been way hot here. I loved your video of the rain. That was crazy sauce.  This week has been good. Not too crazy, just working and spending time with Dad as much as I can. Today is our 25th Anniversary, crazy! Life really goes by so fast.  We are watching the drum corps right now. Cool but they will get better with time. YO YO YO ONE YEAR!!!!

July 16 2017 WOWZERS!!!! I can't believe you will have been on a mission for 1 whole year on the 20th........ CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! This world is flying by so fast and I can't even keep up. I can't believe we are already going to be going on trek in 10 days. Any you have been gone almost 365 days.. WHAT... Well, I can't wait to hear all about your new opportunities. I pray you are looking to the Lord to help you do everything. I was thinking about that today and it's something I'm going to share with they youth on Trek. It is easy to get so overwhelmed with everything that is coming at you and all the responsibility that seems to pile up. Sometimes I just want to go in my closet and cry. I think, no way, I can't do one more thing. And then guess what? I pray to My Father in Heaven and somehow he makes things work out. Testimony of Trek

August 6 2017 Hello Buddy!!! Wow, these weeks are flying by so fast!!! I started writing my Trek book and it's about 6 pages now and I am only on the first trekking day. Ha Ha. Ya, probably too much details that I am putting into it but I will give you a quicker version.  I had already told you how we were setting it all up for gear drop off and how we were getting everyone to the stake center that morning. Well, the night before I heard the rain and thunder...... oh man. I went into my closet to pray that I know Heavenly Father needs us to learn something on trek but I did ask if it be his will would he temper the weather. Ha Ha, here I am asking for the weather not to be too hot and also not to be rainy.  So at drop off we had many youth that didn't show up and ended up not coming and some that said they will show up in the morning.
